By paying and securing your spot for an Image Alchemy workshop you agree to these terms. 

 

Here forth referred to as ‘client’ and ‘I.A’ (Image Alchemy).

 

I.A is a subsidiary of Sydney Classic Productions and falls under the liability of this entity.

 

Permissions:

 

• Client agrees to be featured in any ‘behind-the-scenes’ (BTS) content. This includes professionally shot BTS content by the I.A crew as well as content other clients may take on the day using their phones.

• Client agrees to allow the makeup artist/s the rights to use 1-2 photos for promotional purposes if they have used their services throughout the day. These photos will be approved by the client first.

• I.A is granted permission to use the final approved videos, approved photos and behind the scenes content for social media and promotional purposes. I.A will get in contact in advance of any sharing of personal media to ensure client is happy with the selected media used.

Deliverables:

 

• Client will be given access to the BTS folder on the cloud within 2-3 business days after the event date.

• Final edited photos will be edited and sent over as a priority - approx 3-5 business days after the event date.

• The video reels (1 x cinematic and 1 x piece to camera/introductory video) will require approx 2 weeks to edit and deliver. If these edits take longer you will be notified via email.

• Client may request one round of amendments to the videos – any further amendments will be charged at a rate of $50 per hour of editing.

• Edit of footage will commence once we have received all requested collateral including logos, style guides, b-roll footage, testimonial videos and any specific graphics. Delivery dates may vary, depending on receipt of collateral. 

• The edits will consist of video, audio, music, graphics, titling, logos and in some cases photos. Please Note: No animation is included in this quote. 

• The editor will select the backing music that best aligns with the tone of the edit. If the client would like to select the music, this must be flagged in advance and a selection of options will be supplied for the client to choose from. 

 

Schedule

• Client agrees to arrive on time to ensure the day can proceed in the order it has been scheduled. If the client is late, this may affect how much content we can capture for them.

Weather

​

• Each location features indoor and outdoor options for the video and photos. In the event of a rainy day, all content will be taken indoors.

Cancellations

​

• In the event of a client cancellation, I.A must be given a minimum of two week’s notice before the shoot date for a 75% refund of the total monies paid. If I.A is given less than two week’s notice I.A will retain all monies paid.

Liability

​

• All care and diligence will be exercised in the performance of the above assignment. In the case of mechanical failure, fire, theft, accident, ill health or any mishap that prevents the fulfilment of the assignment, then liability is limited to monies already paid. 

• In the event of a cancellation, Sydney Classic Productions shall retain your deposit. In the case of postponement, all monies paid will be honoured and carried forward to the new arranged date (subject to availability).
